CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointment & Cancellation Policy Please arrive on time, ideally 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment, to allow enough time for your service. A deposit is required for all Permanent Makeup appointments at the time of booking to secure and hold your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward your remaining balance on the day of your scheduled service. Because a dedicated time block is reserved specifically for each client, all deposits are non-refundable. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment. With at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date one time only. Multiple rescheduling requests are not permitted. Any additional rescheduling or cancellation will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Late cancellations, cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment, and missed appointments will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No-call/no-show appointments will be subject to an additional $200 fee for failure to provide notice and will no longer be eligible to book future appointments with our studio.
